WTO Ministerial Conference, 2001 This Ministerial Declaration marks the beginning of the current trade negotiations, the Doha Development Agenda. It provides the mandate for negotiations on a range of subjects including mutual supportiveness of trade and environment and trade related aspects of intellectual property rights and technology transfer.
