The report looks at climate change as a challenge to development policy; alternative energy and sustainable development; natural resource governance; the role of the private sector and NGOs in addressing climate change; financing mechanisms for climate change adaptation and mitigation; and the capacity and governance of developing countries in mitigating climate change.
