This document sets out how DfID intends to put the private sector centre-stage in
generating opportunity and prosperity for poor people in developing countries. They aim to help more than 50m people access savings, credit and insurance, secure the right to land and property for more than 6m people and support jobs and opportunities to generate income for more than 10m people.
